"Upskirting is now illegal so no
If a women happens to lift her skirt/dress and I happen to be looking how can that be illegal.
Feel free ladies..... "
It’s illegal for the woman , it’s flashing ! I think it’s more illegal for men though , totally disgusting and perverted creatures |

If it's upskirting you're talking a out, op, that's a big no no. If you're on a train for example and the attractive lady in the short skirt happens to cross her legs and she unintentionally shows a bit of nickers and you unintentionally happen to see that I doubt there's any bi/heterosexual men on the planet who wouldn't find that scenario a bit hot. |

"It’s only illegal to take pics. How can it be against the law to catch a little glimpse
To an unsuspecting lady it’s both disgusting and creepy"
How about a consenting lady flashing her knickers in a pub garden (as we see many times in fab pics?) |

I don't wear underwear, but don't flash on purpose. If someone looks at the right moment and gets a glimpse then fine, whatever, but I certainly wouldn't want guys following me around with their phones up my skirt, that's just creepy! Xx |

"It’s only illegal to take pics. How can it be against the law to catch a little glimpse " I agree with you on this one. Catching a glimpse every now and then is unavoidable and it is only human nature that you may enjoy the view as a red blooded male. The only thing that is wrong is deliberately going out to see up a ladies clothing and/or taking pictures of course. We all catch a glimpse of something we shouldn't, unintentionally, once in a while.

"Is it illegal for a female to flash her knickers, lift her skirt etc?"
If she's got knickers on with adequate coverage no. If so bikini's would be illegal.
With no knickers it's probably case by case if it's classed as indecent exposure or not. If you're wearing a 8" mini skirt and you're standing in the middle of a busy supermarket bent over touching your toes the yes, it probably is. If you've got a short skirt on and the wind catches it a moment or the guy sitting directly opposite can see for a second while you swap crossing legs then no its probably okay. Public stairs and escalators can be risky! Xx |

If a woman had created this post and asked if a gentleman would take a sneaky peek as she crossed her legs or bent over in a short skirt, the replies would have flooded in, in a positive way.
Look at it this way.
If a good looking bloke was getting changed somewhere and he stepped out of his trousers, or say he eas wearing a towel at a beach or gym, the majority of women would look, so would most men.
Its human nature to look, then look away. Its a natural reaction.
It isn't perving to accidently see a flash of something, its an accident.
To follow someone or intently watch or record to gain a view is voyeurism, which is illegal.
The fine line is wether the person 'accidently' giving a glimpse is aware of what they're doing (exhibitionism) and the person who sees has intentionally looked (voyeurism).
Let's face it, television, social media and so on is full of it and everyone watches.
We're all guilty of sneaking a peek here and there.
Why shoot someone down for a natural accidental glimpse? |

There is a huge difference, ups kiting it the terminology used to describe men intentionally looking up skirts. Which is illegal, women who flash intentionally in public are like men who carryout the same act is illegal.
Unintentional acts which can happen accidentally are normative behaviours.
When you make a statement OP it is advisable to use correct terminology to avoid a whole lot of grief. |

I had this on the tube on way to work pre COVID days. It was unintentional from the poor lass, it was hot but felt guilty for her |

Well unless they're looking up there they wouldn't, but even if that did, so what. My kids are young, they've seen me in partial or complete undress many times, on holiday, swimming pool changing rooms, when they walk in my bedroom when I'm getting dressed, or barge in when I'm in the shower or bath. You don't get a ton of privacy with young families... Xx |

Couple of years ago at work a girl crouched down to get something of the bottom shelf, completely by chance I was in the right place at the right time and got a glimpse of both the bare thighs and a nice little pair of white panties. Purely accidental from both her and myself, but was a nice wee view. |

Well they haven't noticed yet. I'm careful not to advertise the fact, and they've never gone looking. But the honest answer would be, because I don't want to! If I'm not flashing and being an exhibitionist then it's up to me what I wear, or don't xx |

One thing that might have been overlooked is the fact we're on a website where we post the most intimate photos and videos for the public to view, which is intentional, not accidental and we're all passing judgement.
There isn't one of us here who wouldn't look and comment |

It is not illegal for a woman to check out a guys package and if his zip was accidentally undone, do women not catch themselves taking a peek ? Agree that going out to intentionally see up a womans skirt or down her top for that matter s creepy, but there is nothing wrong about catching the occasional unintended view. |

I know. I read it.
I was addressing the implication he was asking about illegal pics of underskirting. |

I have a sneaky look at mens bulges rather than sneaky looks at women , however if I saw something that the OH would like and he has missed it I let him know ( most times he hasn't missed it )
It is human nature to look, looking is not a crime |

Sorry but up skirting (the act of taking a non consensual photo - started by the tabloids in the 90's) was not mentioned by the OP.
There is a difference between seeing up a skirt and taking a photo.
It is not illegal if you see up a skirt.
If it was then everyone who has seen the woman in red or marlin Monroe should be thrown in jail.
The illegal activity of up skirting was mentioned by someone else and has completely derailed this thread. |

I have always found it funny on holiday, you can see a woman in her bikini bottoms every day and not pay much attention, however if you see her in a short dress or skirt in the evening and happen to get a glimpse up it seeing a slight flash of her knickers, it sends me wild!!!
What funny creatures we are!!! |

It's the same when we go to a naturist beach lol,
naked people all around you and you barely notice (pun intended),
Kiki flashes her bum at me in the evening and I'm like a puppy with it's tongue hanging out

I read an article about a guy who tried out naturism for a year or two. He was going hiking in the Alps with a group of naturists and he comments about how he didn't realise what a stunner one of the young women was until they got dressed to go home.

I have a few regular friends who love to meet up and Upskirt me, (with my full prior consent of course).
We usually go somewhere secluded, the naughty scenario is agreed, then all planned and all staged.
They get a lot of enjoyment doing this with me it and I’m a bit of an exhibitionist and I find it really liberating and also exhilarating..... I kinda get off knowing that they are going to go home and pleasure themselves with the videos or photos they took of me (yes.... I’m weird..... I know).
I am always mindful of the aftercare I give them and always I make a strong point about them not to do this to anyone else without their prior consent.........
