How much does verifiable matter to you?

Hi people. I'm wondering how much verification matters to you all. I've been on the brink of a few meets where people (understandably)have decided decided call it off as I'm not verified. However with that happening it's harder to get verified in the first place, especially after a few people ghosting on meets too. So, how much does verification matter to you all. Thanks |

"Sometimes it's irrelevant. They can still be fake or let you down.
I would always offer to social first, that way it's only an hour or 2 out of someone's day and you can prove your intentions!"

I think that first, meeting in person verification is very important to a lot of people on here. After that, not so much.
For me, my message filters exclude non-verifed people (although "photo verified only" is difficult to get around). And I know that we all start out unverified, so it can be a challenge. But I have much more confidence in making a potential arrangement with someone who has the green tick on their profile. |

Verifications are helpful - we’d be far more likely to message someone with verifications than without, as they are more likely to be genuine. But you can sometimes get a sense of that same genuineness through the way a profile is written anyway. Those ones we would take a chance on. As someone did with us, when we were unverified. |

For us, it depends on a number of things to be honest. But at the very least we expect photo verified as a minimum.
If it’s a new profile we’d be more understanding. We all started unverified and we appreciate that. We have other things to help with the decision process. For example, a phone call between the ladies is useful. We only meet couples or ladies.
Verifications are good, but can be faked so not the only tool in the box. |
