I have an old laptop, works ok, but it is old and dying, have a new one, just cannot get it to work at all on that, have also noticed far fewer people actually on cam in chat, so assume the problem is widespread. |

I would have though it would be local to your laptop. Does your cam work on the windows cam app? |
