We,ve been looking for things to increase the amount of cum you produce during ejaculation.

We have seen the many pills that you can buy from the internet,has anyone tried them? let us know what you found, is anyone aware of anything else that would increase the amounts of cum that is produced?

I,m sure many other guys/cples would love to know the answers to our Question.

Thats supposed to help, as you still produce even if it's not being used.

Some other answers we have from other sites are to eat, loads of lettuce, fresh fruits, pineapple, bananna etc.And to drink plenty of water to keep hydrated as semen is mainly water.

Also to not have sex for a few days or masterbate (its bloody hard)lol.

pelvic floor exercises and plenty of sleep as a good healthy body should produce more healthy cum.

ok, I have that info.....

You want to go to holland and barrat and get zinc and l'argenine and l'lysine, take zinc daily and l'argenine and l'lysine about 4 times per week.

zinc is needed for fertilty, the l'argenine helps you get better erections though l'arginine shouldn't be taken if u have a bad heart as its an amino acid used in body building.

l'lysine is a good all rounder for your health.

the three combined really help.

My mate that uses it has a thing about shooting loads, think he feels manly doing so, lol, I have been told by a couple females that he does produce a lot of sperm, and how surprised they was with the amount and strength of the shot, so it appears it's for real.

naahh internet rip off...it helps if you are fully hydrated...that means plenty of water in your system for the sauce...if you have a caffiene and alchol habit that hinders jizz production...

The reason we would like to know is,

This is true - when younger I used to cum lots, but it's got less as I get older. But the more you have sex, the less cum you produce each time. Rather do it very frequently, as we do, and cum less than hold off and cum more, though! G

Hmmm, only way I know of is having a few days rest, or get yourself close to climax but don't. Do that for a few days and you'll have enough to fill a pint glass.....well maybe not that much.....it bloody difficult not to go over the edge though
