That fairly decent all depends really on what your body weight is in comparison! ( I’m not asking)

I'm strong in the upper body. Can't squat anymore due to disability but used to deadlift nearly 90kgs when I weighed somewhere in the region of 88kg. I can't deadlift anymore though. I bench press, shoulder press etc only nowadays.
I can push my not insubstantial mass up any incline that I've attempted, including cliff paths  |
