Too many good options!
Salt and Vinegar are my fav. But who could resist gravy and melted cheese?
Ketchup is fine.
Chilli sauce is a treat after a night out! |

Depends what I’m having with my chips but anything from the following including combinations of:
Salt
Vinegar
Mayo
Gravy
Curry sauce
Ketchup
HP sauce
Melted cheese
Mushy peas

Spice was a Hull thing, I don't know any chippys in Manchester that do it."
There are chippy that do it in Manc. Just need to ask nicely  |

I remember seeing an Irish film with Sinead O’Connor in it, a few years back and two young lads were looking at the girls on the dance floor. One said to the other “ I fancy her so much I could eat chips from her knickers” !! |

Never had it on chips but have you ever tried it with strawberries? Sounds strange but it's bloody lovely. Heat a pan, add the balsamic and reduce it till it's thick and sticky. Slice the strawberries and throw them in. Allow to heat through and add a twist of black pepper. Try it, you'll be surprised. |

I would never have funk mayo on chips could be truly essential. Then I dieted , craved a bag of chips.. bought chips. felt bad.
So thought I'd weird out my palette to put me off and dolloped a load of mayo. My diet was subsequently ruined |

Depends what kinda chips.......I like salt and vinegar on chip shop chips, Chinese shop chips with ribs and rib sauce, french fries with hot sauce, sweet potato with aoli...... |
