"They prefer a foreskin that completely retracts is my experience?
However are guys still getting circumcised in this day and age ??? Is it even legal for an under 18? "
Sadly, circumcision is still legal
I think it should be in the same category as FGM and only allowed for medical reasons. My dad was circumcised as a baby for medical reasons and quite rightly my gran absolutely hated the idea, but accepted it was necessary. |

It’s not illegal.
So people have the option and choice whether to do it or not. There’s no right or wrong about it.
Anyway back to the question posed by the OP. |

Agree 100%, for medical purposes only otherwise it is mutilation. There is a foreskin there for a reason |

It’s adults mutilating children just the same as FGM in Africa. The children don’t a choice , it’s wrong. The fact that it’s legal in the uk in certain cultures using “medical reasons” to get around the law and thier own doctors is a disgrace |

I’m sorry but if it’s performed on someone under 18 because of the will of the parent I think it is very wrong |

Hand job is easier with uncut though."
I'm imagining your style of hand job, please don't take offense as what works for me won't be for everyone, wanting loose skin does jack shit for me |

I was spoiled for 15 years of a 21 Yr marriage as ex hubby was circumcised - loved him being cut.
If I had a preference, I would say cut but at the end of the day, it's the fella I'm more attracted to rather than his missing or intact foreskin |

I’m uncut, been married a couple of times, had numerous lovers, got four kids and it’s served me well and given loads of pleasure but foreskin is tight and painful to retract. So getting it removed soon and looking forward to feeling a mouth around the exposed head. |

Just my opinion, but definitely uncut. Really don't like the look of cut, to me a lot of them just look like they've been beaten up.
And just an observation, but during my time on here I've had quite a few messages from cut guys wanting to play with my uncut cock just to find out what it's like |

So, there has to be a law in place that makes it either right or wrong? Surely morals and ethics come into it, would you not agree? Possibly not, it would seem.
How can you look at mutilating the penis of a child, without consent, and not think it’s wrong? |

Yeah it pretty much is if there is no medical requirement to do so, on a person who has no say in the matter.
If you want to chop the end of your knob when you're 18, then go crazy, but there really is no justification for this to still be carried out on babies/boys unless it's causing a physical problem |

Maybe you first need to check the meaning of mutilation, as that's the the issue I was responding to. |

Mutilation or maiming (from the Latin: mutilus) is cutting off or causing injury to a body part of a person so that the part of the body is permanently damaged, detached or disfigured -from Wikipedia
So basically summarising the above - cutting off a body part so that the part of the body is permanently detached.
I think that pretty much describes circumcision |

And let me help you with the definition from the Cambridge Dictionary.
It describes mutilation as:
to damage something severely, especially by violently removing a part.
1. Taking the fore skin off is *not* causing 'severe damage' to the penis.
2. The process of taking the fore skin off is not a 'violent action'. It is a perfectly safe operation that takes place every single day around the world.
As per your definition above; mutilation is synonymous with maiming.
Taking the fore skin off does not leave anyone 'maimed'
Also as par your definition: taking the foreskin off does not leave anyone 'permanently damaged' nor 'disfigured'
So like I said before, taking the foreskin off cannot be described as mutilation.

Well we'll just have to agree to disagree
I'm just very grateful my parents didn't mutilate me without my consent |

Yes we have to agree to disagree.
That's why I said from the onset, that there is no right or wrong answer to this issue.
It's down to opinion, - which obviously varies from one person to another. |

I'm uncut and can retract my foreskin easily. The foreskin sliding back and forth over the head feels amazing. A few lady friends on Skype like to watch me move my foreskin over the head and pull it back for them |
