Can I get some advice?
I'm sorting out a play date and we are looking forward to some mutual bum fun.
We were thinking it might b sensible to have enemas before hand so there are no nasty surprises. Trouble is neither of us have ever had one!
Do you really have to wait an hour afterwards as the web guidance I've seen says? Is it a fun thing to do to each other as foreplay or best kept private? What's good equipment?
What do you guys think? Any advice or experience to share?

Amazon sells enema kits for about £15-20. It's consists of a bag and the relevant tubing, clamp and nozzle.
For a simple clean out you'll need nothing more than 500-600ml of water, but I'd fill, expell and then do it a second time to be careful.
This amount of fluid requires no additives like salt, and what little fluid remaining will be absorbed by your colon in an hour or so.
I'd guess you'd be dry and ready to play around 1 hour after your last enema. HTH. |
