I can't seem to separate orgasm from ejaculation...
Only twice I've been actively able to ejaculate without orgasm, those two times I carried on.
That being said, depending on my mood, partner and situation I can carry on post orgasm  |

I can't say I've actually noticed a difference in staying hard but I've been saying for years there's a difference between ejaculated and orgasm. People look at me weird  |
