I had a girl friend I told everything to. We didn't fall out but she got a relationship and ended up airing all the things I'd said. Still to this day I keep her secrets, 2 wrongs don't make a right. To be honest I still miss her so that weighs heavy on my heart |

my ex husband marrying me knowing he was gay and not telling me. Then i told him to leave when i found out after 8 years of marriage. i had to deal with being a single parent to a son we had together who was 6 and my daughter who was 15.worst part is the stigma i have to face even now. |

Ex walking out on her children for months then tried 5 sets of violence when the money stopped.

Finding out an ex was 3timing me with a so called friend and a married guy , and only being told out of guilt by so called friend the day before we were to sign for a house together , needless to say I didn't sign on the day . |

When my grandmother moved into an old people's home and my ex-mother said to me "take whatever you want." Then a week later she asked a house clearance company to clear the house for next to nothing. Then said I wouldn't fall out with her, because she was loaded or words to that effect. Wrong. |

I met a man, not on here years ago.
Saw each other regularly, told me he was single no kids.
About 8 months in, I got a call from his live in gf and mother of his children.
When I confronted him, he said he'd lied cos he was unhappy and knew I wouldn't have kept seeing him if I knew the truth!,damn right I wouldn't have.
I spoke to his partner a few times, I wasn't his first affair apparently. She eventually left him and he even kept trying to lie to me saying he'd moved out and we could make a fresh start. |

A gf many moons back (5 year relationship)had an affair with her boss. Numerous business trips, calls to say goodnight because her phone was about to die. Didn't even occur to me.
She then said her mate in South Africa had been taken ill and she had to fly out for a week. South Africa I thinks. For a week? Then it occurred to me all at once. Rang and asked for him at work - sorry he's in Barbados lucky sod with his gf. Imagine the mental torture knowing she's away with someone else and not being able to do a thing about it.
I got home from work few days later and she'd been home and taken some of her stuff. I know he had a flat in Canary Wharf. Couldn't find them - probably for the best.
Came home from work a month later and I had a for sale sign up outside our house. She'd put the house up for sale.
She split up with him 6 months later and she discovered I was seeing someone really nice... did everything she could to get me back.
I'm duty bound to point out that any kind of relationship with that version of me years ago was not in any way, shape or form a bed of roses. Took me ages to own my part in it all but looking back it was hardly a surprise she had found someone else - though the level of deciept was on a different level. |
