DP with cock and toy is OK for a practise run, but you can't beat the real thing, particularly with two couples who really trust each other and are well prepared (ie douched).
It can be a little tricky in the initial stages to find the best position; myself and my former partner used to DP the other fem; me on my back, withe the other fem straddling me; former, wearing a strapon would then DP or occasionally DVP (doggy) and the other guy would the take up the rear.
A couple of times all four of us came within a few seconds of each other; what an incredibly intense experience, which regrettably we didn't record.
Some ladies who are only mildly bi-curious don't like being pegged in a foursome; best to thrash these issues out beforehand! |

I was once at a Berlin club and a couple had wandered into a play room, she asked us guys who fancied a sandwich? I was slightly puzzled for a few seconds, I’d already had my lunch, no she meant a DP, ohh well who was I to say no thanks.  |

If you have two couples who meet regularly or even intermittently, but are really keen to experiment with DP and DVP it only gets better, and better.
If all four participate simultaneously, and accumulate experience of specific preferences, it's amazing.
Our ultimate was the two guys DVPing one of the ladies (spooning) and the other fem with a strapon pegging each of the guys in turn. Unforgettable.
