Well we’d say they’re a damn good idea, but have never been anywhere where use is enforced by an establishment.
We always play with each other without, as we’re married and that’s what we prefer, however when involving or involved with anyone else we use them.
People generally police it themselves and work within their preferences as far as we’ve seen.
They are available everywhere, but compulsory? I do not think. If both sides are happy with bareback, then you do not need them. Just remember to clean and disinfect the place you messed up.
