It dismays me when I get messages that open with ‘do you meet brown men?’ because when I ask why they felt the need to mention their skin colour, I usually get told it’s because many women won’t meet them just for that reason.
If I get a message from a black guy who mentions his skin colour and I ask why he felt the need to mention that, they often say they feel their skin colour is considered attractive.

I think it’s because brown/Asian lads have a bad rep for being too pushy and there are plenty of profiles that say no Asian men although that is a preference which I respect |

As a brown male I can say for myself and others it can be quite hard to even get a convo going. Plus there’s a lot of profile that say no brown men but I guess that’s just preference. Most of us are just like the average bloke, we like to go pub, watch movies, spend time with friends and family and time to time like to explore our dark side. |
