I have my first social planned today with a lovely couple, a nice no pressure no expectations meet, looking forward to a nice chat over a cup of coffee and see if I can help them out with a few jobs, hopefully things can progress to friendship and finally fun  I’m nervous but that excited nervous |

Long story but basically Mr really applied pressure to play and for me to make a move on Mrs and became quite aggressive, I ended leaving a very awkward situation with them arguing between themselves and they have now disappeared from fab. Not what I was expecting at all. Gutted in all honesty |

This kind of happened to me but the other way round, had a social then discovered they needed a handyman, seems like the job to be in. I love meeting couples less pressure than a single female for sure. |

Sorry, I put my previous comment before seeing you bad experience, I wouldn't let it put you off, sounds very odd and although I have only met with two couples I can say the experience has been as far away from your as you could get. I'm sure you must have been in the middle of a very poor relationship there, maybe have a good look at their veris in the future and how long they've been on the site, always hard to judge and I never thought I'd see the day a single bloke has to start being choosey. Stick with it, there are some outstanding couples on this site. |

Keep hearing stories like this or variations of the theme. Think we’ve just been lucky so far (although a social planned for tomorrow has just let us down  . At least there was notice). |

sometimes people feel or are placed under pressure to play by a partner.
