Built a gym at the bottom of the garden, christened it at the weekend, now torn - keep as gym or use as sex dungeon….. (pic in profile)

Both, lots of hooks and things could be both, the padded floor is good too, I think I’d sell it as a gym but build it as a dungeon with gym equipment if that makes sense

Well my dungeon playroom has been previously used as a workout room.

So I don't see why your gym can't also have an ulterior use as your sex dungeon!
