What do you mean? I see it a lot and often wonder.
To me that means STD clear, freshly washed and even more- that I eat healthy food so I know I taste & smell good too.
It doesn’t mean having no pubic hair.
Can I ask what it means to you all please? |

For me when I wrote it it means freshly bathed before meeting, clean shaven and smelling nice, sexual health taken seriously. |

Exactly. Since a lot of STIs don't show symptoms. You wouldn't know someone was "clean" just by looking at them. |

To us it means a cleanly shaved beard, trimmed pubes, freshly showered, finger and toe nails cut short and minty breath - A splash of aftershave is also a bonus.
I agree that as most STI's are symptomless it's a bit pointless assuming everyone is STI free. |

Trimmed/shaved
Clean teeth and breath
Deodorant & aftershave
Clean clothes
As for talk about STD’s, it’s a risky thing in the swinging world, so I would hope people I meet are conscious about their sexual health, and be tested at regular intervals.
