So stuck in traffic on the 303 and was wondering because truck drivers are becoming a rare breed and fewer on the roads, when is the season for passenger ie ladies to start flashing us drivers to cheer us up on a day? |

I think they were pointing out that using a mobile phone in stationary traffic is still an offence... |
