So, I’m friendly with a lot of the women at work, I really love them they are terrific and… whilst I was in a Teams meeting with one my friend told me that my work colleague was flirting with me. I’m usually good at picking up those signals but I didn’t see it. My friend said “Yeah but she calls you at least 2/3 times a day, you talk after work hours for ages, you converse with her on chat a lot and she tells you a lot about herself…” I was like “so what?” must admit I’d never connected the dots. So - whilst working online what signs should I be looking for or should I just ignore my friend? |

I wouldn't call that flirting. It's what you say and how you say it that makes it flirting.
Without knowing what your woman colleague is saying I can't be sure but your friend might be making the mistake of assuming that men and women can't be platonic friends. |
