I love most guys cum, very occasionally I'll meet someone who I won't swallow with a second time, but that's quite rare and I tend not to meet them again anyway.
I don't have a regular sexual partner, despite being married, so if I didn't swallow for meets I wouldn't get it at all.
I'm not convinced swallowing the cum is that much riskier than giving the oral bare anyway, with the secretions and pre-cum involved.
