Tips and techniques.

Anyone have any little hints, tips and advice for making profile photos and videos better?

I often film whatever subjects I'm shooting, then use the screengrab/still from the videos.

I also use a small clamp lamp for any shots that may be used for shadows or B&W photos.

Anyone else have any tips?
