This question is to both ladies & gents.
How do you prepare/clean yourself for anal sex? I know it can be a bit embarrassing when it gets a bit 'dirty'.
Some people have mentioned a douche... what exactly is this?
Also... what's the best way to 'stretch' your ass to make it a bit easier?

I have never douched and never had any embarrassing incidents. I just make sure I've been to the toilet and cleaned up thoroughly. Use lots of lube to make it easier but there isn't a lot you can do to prepare the muscles before penetration. Try to relax, lots of foreplay and enjoy!

I have douche once before you take shower end off and put pipe up arae with water runnin it flushers u out . Each time feel full and need toilet go toilet and relise it . Till only water comin out x |

Normally a shower, with a good blast from the shower head up the ass, then plenty of lube and make sure he uses a condom.
The anus will stretch but like all things it can be difficult first few times  |

A bulb type anal douche is cheap and easy to use and ensures completely 'clean' play. Lovehoney do them for under a tenner. Be careful with the ends of showers as you can't control the water pressure very well - beginners are better off using a douche.
Use a water based lube - not silicone as it degrades the rubber in condoms. Just take things easy and relax. Maybe practice with a finger or a slim dildo / vibe first.

Search any sex toy site like Honour for douches. They're inexpensive and clean you up well if you don't have a shower head you can get up your bum!
For penetration start slowly. Get yourself used to small toys or one finger first, then build up the size. Once you can take a medium sized toy with only minimal wincing you're ready. Poppers get you momentarily high and relax the muscles for the bigger ones. |
