I’m just wondering how open people are with close friends and family about being involved in the lifestyle. Have you told your nearest and dearest of the naughty antics we get up to? Or do you keep your cards a little closer to your chest? |

There's only 2 people I've met outside of fab that know I'm on here.
1 has since joined the other only found out because she was in the lifestyle herself but has since concentrated on a new relationship |

"Don’t tell my friends or family although some have their suspicions. We leave it at that lol. Although out with close friends the other day while meeting another group of friends for a social meet up and 2 separate females asked if we were swingers or on fab one front of our close friends. Talk about hush hush and trying to keep it under wraps as our friends didn’t quiet get the conversation   "

Our freinds know though and have done for 20+ years. They dont care. Not for them but they still ask questions from.time to.time.

What goes on in our bedroom stays in the bedroom, we don't even discuss it with friends or works colleagues. So not only do that not know we dabble in swinging, nor do they know kinky stuff we do between the two of us. |

I told my family and my two closest friends, no one else really matters to me. I told them mainly because I'm opening a Swingers retreat and theres someone in Ireland that is known for giving personal information to the Irish papers about these things. I'd rather my family find out through me than the papers. I wouldn't give anyone the satisfaction of outting me. |

my family know I'm a swinger. They mostly dont know more detail than that... however some do as some horrible person outed me... I certainly dont envisage a situation where I would need to tell them I love gangbangs and bukkake

Some of ours do & I often think it would be easier if more knew especially when OH has lads weekends away, I'd rather they knew he had the freedom to do as he wishes rather than them thinking he cheats on me
But there's a few that are real gossips who would tell others & that wouldn't be fair on friends we've been on holiday with etc as people would then start talking about & suspecting them too

It's not something we're ashamed off, it's not something we shout from the roof tops. Some freinds and family know, some don't. It's hardly a big thing to us if people we know find out but it's our personal business, no one else's. |

Absolutely. My best mate is on here and he knows when I've got a meet up with someone who isn't my Sir as Sir is too far to come and rescue me if needs be. |

Where to start.. yes my best friend knows of my interest so I can let her know where I am on socials/clubs visits
My younger sis as I live with her but things have become strained since and we are not getting on wether the lockdown has had part in that to I don’t know but she actually told my older sister which I was fuming about but luckily she was fine with up to a point I think, said it’s up to me what I do. Sadly I have to now find somewhere else to live as it’s got so bad with us both as I rent of her  but she has given me til nxt yr to find somewhere. So hopefully sisterhood can be saved when I move out x |

Families can be strained over sorts. I have a sister not talking to me because of something to do with my health.
I hope you're relationship with her is better once you have that bit of distance between you xx |

We don't discuss our sex lives with many people which I think is pretty normal. In some cases it is appropriate and there are at least two friends of ours we have been completely open with about our experiences. They are both fine with it and one is interested in exploring this scene with her boyfriend. |

My mum and my best knew. I met hubby at a club, never thought I’d meet a husband there though lol. Mum and best mate were fine with it, in fact the night hubby (who was fiancé then) met my best mate they ended up playing. Mum loves hubby and says I couldn’t of found a more fantastic guy |
