A craigslist ad? Local knowledge they have... Pic looks genuine-ish. Always sceptical when they are good looking..

I have met several females and couples from there so you do get genuine meets. The thing is you have to be persistent and I have literally sent over 1,000 emails and managed to get around 10 meets in 2 years so the moral of the story is try, try try!
