Would it be wrong to treat a lady to dinner to get verified

Surely that would be for the lady in question to decide

And you think that is going to help you get meets?

I think it’s absolutely fine to have a social meet and to then ask if that person will verify that you are a real person, who turned up on time and was respectful. I’m not sure as a single women I would want to commit to a meal for a first meet up.

You don't need to "buy" yourself a verification. I'd be annoyed if that was the only reason someone asked me on a social.

Great in theory, sometimes I'm hungry and would welcome some grub.

In practice if I thought the person was a dick, I'd want to write "stear clear, he's a dick" but that would still give the green veri tick even if the veri was a horrible one, which would give the impression said person wasn't a dick. So in short, I wouldn't leave a veri and probably end up getting hunted down for not fulfilling my end of the deal.

Totally agree.

Seems to me that there are some people here who are more concerned about getting that green tick than they are about having quality meets

Happy to give a green tick to any woman that buys me a gallon of ale and a curry.
