Ok I know alot of women like to go topless and some even go nude. I was wandering if men go naked in their gardens too? Do the neighbours ever say anything? Can you get into trouble for it? What do women think about guys going naked in their gardens? |

Technically it is not illegal to be naked in your own garden.... or anywhere in the UK for that matter.
The test is whether you 'intend' for your nakedness to offend or in any way be overtly sexual.
So, if anyone wishes to get naked in their garden there is nothing legally to stop them, however don't think you can knock one out while your at it or shag the missus on the lawn in full view without consequences.
It also depends on whether you want to keep good relations with your neighbours. If you know them and are open enough to have the conversation and they aren't offended then I'd say go ahead.
However, how many neighbours would in reality be cool with it?
In some neighbourhoods, other people beyond your immediate neighbours might also get the wrong idea altogether and make life difficult for you.
I have a spot in the garden that isn't overlooked and enjoy going nude when possible, safe in the knowledge that if I want to I can be sexual there too, but I'd never walk around the lawn naked with a boner!
