Gotta say gym fit for me. Not to say that I haven’t been with plenty of dad bods who were lovely, but there’s nothing better than running your hands over lots of taut muscle whilst you’re bouncing around on top

I’d say I have more of a dad bod, but fab has been a real catalyst of getting in shape recently. Don’t think I have enough free time to ever get ‘shredded’ lol
But thankfully I’ve been blessed with a handsome face, and imo a decent personality, which I find most women are drawn to over body type. |

I don't get this 'dad bod' bit, is it cos most let themselves go?
I'm a Dad and a Grandad and have always looked the same.
I have never had any issues meeting females and am often approached whilst out and I am just average looking so I know it's the shape - not being cocky, just stating a fact as both my wife and gf would tell you, they see it  |

What constitutes gym fit? For us it's definitely a level of fitness and someone who looks after their appearance and body. Overweight is simply not attractive to either of us if we're choosing sexual partners. |

Depends in definition of “Dad bod” surely?
If you are slim but maybe carrying just a few extra lbs then fine. Having the Abs of an adonis and completely shredded can sometimes be too much too!
But a big beer belly! Is that a “Dad bod”?
It’s like men claiming a “rugby player build” when what they mean is “big lad who drinks too many pints resembling a 1970s rugby player” rather than the current muscle bound man mountain athletes! |

Was gym fit when younger but now dad bod can’t say it’s changed or effects to much of who I’m attractive to lol hopefully now I’m older and wiser my personality makes up for the confidence I had when gym fit or maybe it was cockyness not confidence I feel more me now lol x |

What I can't help but find somewhat ironic is the big ladies that want muscle or gym fit guys.....
I mean.......
Personally fat, skinny, gym fit, whatever, it's about what's going on mentally.
I've been gym fit, I've been skinny now I am fat, in the end its about finding balance within one's self.
If someone does not like you because you don't have a six pack that is there problem not your problem.
Again if its just about vanity , that is there problem, end of the day, man or woman its about how you feel about you. |
