We have one of those in our arsenal of sex toys.
It is called a Childo. I think it should really be named a chindo, as it is worn on the chin and resembles King Tuts beard! 
It is good as it allows for vaginal penetration and oral sex at the same time! We have only used it once so far! We really should get it out again!
