There's research being carried out in the US at the moment studying this for the 18-26 yo as they are now finding out that ED and delayed ejaculation is becoming a serious problem in this age group ... the findings so far are showing it's likely to do with the amount of porn they watch. The trouble is that a lady will think she’s failed somehow and that can cause issues. I’d suggest that the opposite was true. I have a firm belief that too much consumption of porn creates deep-rooted emotional anchors to a certain visual/aesthetic; use of certain language and or “extreme” sexual scenarios. Continued and excessive repetition of use of this sort of “stimulus” can get to a point where a man will struggle to cum without it.

I used to study NLP as part of my professional development and also as part of sports training and conditioning I did for right and rowing - the linking of certain external Stimuli to feelings of well/being and feeling energised, was part of a mechanism to improve athletic ability. Recalling certain “anchors” - deep rooted in the psyche after months of programming/practice - was a really strong technique.

I think it's mainly about health issues. I had problems in my early 30s keeping an erection for example, but tended to drink a bit too much too regularly, combined with soft drugs from time to time. Since 35 stopped all drugs, exercise much more and hardly drink, plus greater self esteem. Still wank all day though, but never have problems with getting hard or cumming.
