It can't just be me who is getting no replies from anyone in my area?? I've messaged everyone within my area a polite "Hi doll, how are you" and I either get blanked, deleted or left on read.
Am I doing anything wrong? I'm not sending dick pics or the likes |

I have to say that 'introduction' message would not inspire me to reply in the slightest.... Wouldn't capture my attention for longer than it takes to hit delete.
Try and be a little more imaginative and I don't mean Mills n Boon storytime, just not so bland!  |

I think 'I've messaged everyone' is the answer here. If your looking to just hook up with anyone, you are probably messaging people without considering if you could be a match. Also that opening message doesn't show any interest, personality or any idea that you've read their profile  |

I look at a profile before I even open a new message if the profile doesn't appeal then chances are I won't answer.Your profile is your shop window and one that has almost no effort especially when it tells you nothing about the person wouldn't appeal at all .
The hi doll starter rates right up there with hi babe hi hun which I don't like at all especially from people I don't know that would also be almost immediate delete unread.
But that's just me it may appeal to others . |

Hits the nail on the head really.
Most will look at your profile before they even think of looking at your message. You won't know about it though because most women and some couples view in stealth mode.
Your profile says nothing about you, so how is anyone to know if you might be what they're looking for?
Your message is also uninspiring and most won't like being referred to as 'doll'. Most would like to see some effort put into a message. Demonstrate that you've read their profile.
Your message and profile both display zero effort.
You're also very young. A lot of those on here will probably have children your age, and for many that's a big no no.
I'm afraid everything about your prifile, messages and this thread give the impression that, like a lot of young, new men on the site, you seem to be ofbthe view that all you need do is create a profile, upload a few pics, blanket message a few people and be knee deep in offers by lunch time.

I don't know the exact figures but there must be 1000 guys here to 1 woman it's impossible for a woman to respond to every message. Moreover in the world outside fab a guy who is normally a 10 becomes a 4 a woman that is normally a 4 becomes a strong 8 or 9 due to the imbalance.
I'd advise if you want to come on here lower the bar if you want choice go on AW and pay. |

The key is not to worry about it and accept that's part of the game. You can't be everyone's cup of tea and lots of people tend not to want to reply when they are not interested (which could be due to their current situation/mood rather than you per se). And obviously it would be unfair to expect a reply to an unsolicited message, they are effectively the same as the advertisersing leaflets you get through the letterbox (as someone on a similar thread pointed out). I understand it can be frustrating but try not to let it bother you. |

I think maybe your expectations of what you’ll get from Fab need an adjustment.
Realistically you’re very young (for this site) and your profile says nothing about you. Someone considering meeting you wants to see what you’re offering, and they expect to see it in your bio.
Also the fact you’re firing out messages shows that you’re not taking the time to see if you meet the requirements of the people you’re messaging. Most here are looking for a mutually enjoyable experience. I could be wrong, but I get the impression you’re using Fab as a service provider and expecting to click a button and be able to take your pick. It’s really not like that here.
Out of curiosity why are here and not on Tinder for example? |

You're a good looking lad, and there will be plenty of young ladies who will be interested in you (if only I was half my age!). Be patient, chat in forums, etc, but do the same "in real life" too - join clubs which also have a high number of female members you can chat to (running, badminton, etc.....). |

Guys messaging every woman within their desired radius, is one of the biggest problems on Fab.
Did you read their profiles first? Did you check to see if you're what they're after?
Obvious, zero effort copy and paste messages fuck me off and I just delete them. Double quick if they call me a.silly name such as "doll".
Try not seeing woman as convenient targets and before selective and respectful. Scatterbombing just makes it harder for everyone in the long run. |
