I think you might be better on the sites that have milf or cougar in the sitename.
Women on here rarely like to be pigeonholed by age/size etc.
And older is subjective - if you're 25 many women are older but there are 40 yr olds looking for older women too...
Have you considered that the women you are looking for may be offended if you say that they are great looking for an older woman? That they don't want to spend time educating but would prefer the already educated?

At the risk of interfering, I do find courtesy, manners, a willingness to chat, friendliness, empathy and the ability to spell and use the english language in full sentences and paragraphs are very helpful in this situation.
Just remember that many women in your 'target' age range have not grown up with text messaging or the modern idiom of shoart 'one-liners' from facebook, so a conversation is regarded as foreplay....and the brain is a might aphrodisiac for many.
Oh - and a large willy often helps.
