i have the 4s, not got a clue how to use it, i can phone and text on it thats it  i havnt even sussed out how to get pic messages yet i just get a message directing me to a web site to view pics, which i can never be arsed to do so never see any pics sent me

I use my iPhone when I'm on the move but at home it's my 27" (I'm not boasting, honest) iMac that gets the nod, so much better to per.... ahem ... I mean appreciate the photos of all you lovely, sexy ladies!  |

tryed that no where does it say update , even tryed on itunes usb wont let it on, the usb is ok as tryed a external usb it just wont acept theres owt there when i plug it in la  |

Is it the iPhone 4s? All of them though, even iPads have the option in the settings menu to check for software updates.
I would say pop to your nearest Apple store.

it is mate but when plug phone into usb wont reconize it the usb itself is ok as picks others things up ,mind that on 2 pcs 2 lappys to and update software on phone menu aint there either |
