i.e why do places like iCash not deal with it?
They can help you from getting infected, pregnant or even worried about what your genitals look like. But failure to get it up, is just-another-GP-thing. Gp appoinments, who finds them easy to book?

However...
If you've got eye problems, then the opticians are easier to visit, open 7 days a week and late nights, rather than the doctors.
SpecSavers bypassed my GP surgery and wrote directly to the hospital and got the wheels in motion, a specialist appointment within 4 months, as my cataract got to the point of needing surgery, later this summer/autumn.
This went rather smoothly. I do like joined up thinking.
