Is it best to send a wink or message to get the attention of a female / couple? If a message is the preferred way of breaking the ice does it need to be short and to the point or a full on essay? Any tips much appreciated as this is a subject I am never sure on. |

It's very much an individual thing, so you need to respond to their profile, most will have clues (or clear instructions) as to what they prefer to receive in the first instance. |

Biggest mistake most single guys make is message a couple profile and assume it's the Mrs who's reading it. If you're messaging a couple be aware that there a 3 people who need to feel a connection, you, and both sides of the couple. The Mrs might like you, but if the Mr doesn't respect you, it's a non starter. |

Winks are lazy best way to get the attention is with a message, but making this message interesting to the point of grabbing their attention remember everyone is different and expect not always the same, and something small but not too small can be very powerful done correctly. |

To be perfectly honest, it wouldn't matter how well wrote or tailored to us the message. Its an instant delete for no profile pic, and can't accom. Two massive red flags from the start. So try changing that and maybe you will get a better response. |
