Do you guys find people find some sick pleasure in setting up something with you then just ghosting or never showing up this has happened so many times we are ready to just give up we have had 5 or 6 meets through fab and have been awesome but it's been insane the amount of people who seem super keen to meet but then go radio silent only to message us a month down the line would love to know if it's just us or if this is a widespread experience |

I have this with socials. So far I've met 3 out of over 10 that have been arranged.
They arrange a day, time, place to meet then you don't hear from them again. Or cancel on the day.
I'm glad it wasn't an actual meet, as that takes way more preparation! |

always act with caution.
if its to good to be true it often is.
set rules and apply them to all.
once a date is set stick to it. if you hear nothing from them on the day move on and forget. chance is they already have.
do not keep sending texts or messages you wont get a reply and if you do it will always be too late or after the date planned.
do not reply to them. do not show anger. block move on. no second chances.

We've been on Fab for around two years. Obviously the last year was a washout, but the first year we kept some stats.....sixteen meets with single guys arranged and eight actual meets. We've had last minute cancellations, and we've had people just ghost us. We had a meet scheduled for last week and they simply deleted their Fab account two days before.
One of the reasons we don't travel and are happier accomodating....at least then if they don't turn up we can make ourselves another drink and put the telly on 
Due to Char's health we've always maintained that we'd not do more than one "thing" per week, but we find that we have to arrange at least three things a fortnight just to make sure.

We set up our first ever meet for last night after many messages back and forth over the course of a couple of weeks. We went through a lot of emotions and had a lot of long conversations whether we could actually go through with it then finally both of us were looking forward to it, although still shitting ourselves. Just a little sex chat and a couple of pics swapped near start of convo. He did ask for more pics later on but got told he can wait and see it in the flesh come meet night. You're probably right though we have seen him on the local updates asking for a lot of different people to mail him, probably all getting the same spiel. |

I don't do any sex chat before I've met them in person. There's lots of nice men on here who are happy with that.
Not that the wanking type men aren't nice, they just want different things to you.
