Some bloke claimed he saw me in tesco. It was me, but he was clutching at straws since I don't have a face pic.
Also had some guy try to make out he knew me, gave a street address and a job title. Wasn't me, but he knew enough to track the girl down if I wanted |

Yes the one occasion I went the York Social, I saw a ex neighbour there but she was not with her hubby - we acknowledged each with a wry smile and left it at that  |

They messaged us later in the day. Asking if I'd been shopping in Tesco? At least if they are gonna be creepy they could of at least reveled who they were. They had a blank profile, so to this day we have no clue. So wrong! |

This winds me up, and it’s usually the chancers and the blank profiles!
If they have a genuine profile and show their face, I’ve no issue with being recognised.
But the idiots that do this are just rude and have no intention of meeting anyone usually!

I went round to meet a younger couple (mid 30’s), the female half of the couple was the daughter of an ex neighbour that I used to walk to school with my kids when she was about 10! Yep - two from my current work and one from where I used work, though he only realised who I was after I said we used to work together. Char's been recognised once by someone from her place too. Doesn't bother us. |

I received a message from my kids old primary school teacher.

Yeah was messaging a lass on Facebook dating the other day. Claiming I was a good lad etc.

I’ve recognised people, I usually just block, don’t mention it. I’ve bumped into people I know from fab, one guy I realised I knew him and his family when we first met as fab buddies. It didn’t stop us. There’s a couple more stories but I’ll keep quiet |
