We’ve got bed restraints that we’ve not set up since moving house. I think they need to be reinstalled 
We’ve also got a massage bed and a bunch of kit. No doubt that’ll get an outing over the next few weeks! |

Those who say "sleep", that are having troubles with comfort, have you tried a v-pillow (sometimes pregnant women buy em)? Great long pillow that you have your head at the point of the inverted 'v'.

In my case it's a combination of uneven body heat, hearing everything through ear plugs and plain old never feeling tired at bed time. Caffeine is not the cause hear. |

Have you tried vampire gloves?
