For me I think it symbolises professionalism and in turn hopefully a degree of intelligence. Someone who has taken time with their appearance. It also for me has a slightly dominant quality about it which I like.

Watching someone unfasten a tie with a crisply ironed shirt underneath is very sexy. Then watching the belt come out of the trouser loops.
So much sexier than someone pulling down their jogging bottoms. |

may be a James Bond Mystique.
I mean there is James Bond (Daniel or Sean)
but then Boris wear a suit, and I don't fancy him.
it's also the well presented suit wears/posture, and grooming has a factor too. |

"Out of home I have to wear a suit for my job. I know a lot of women like a man in a suit, but often have wondered why?
Ladies what is it about a suit that turns you on?"
looks like your fly is undone mate |

"Once pegged him in his suit after work.
He didn’t look confident and professional for long
I must admit to enjoying a full suited occasion these days.
Work is only chinos and shirt these days."
Agree that it's nice to make the effort to get dressed up now and again.
I'm currently in a manual job so wear rags most of the time |

Not every man looks good in a suit and it is somewhat dependent on the whole look, which I think equates to the exacting effort involved.
A crisply ironed shirt, cufflinks, a well fitting suit, a Windsor or half Windsor knot, polished shoes, a watch, well manicured hands...
There's also an air of competitiveness about suits - not in themselves per se, I mean the underlying behaviours of the sharp dresser - someone who means business. It's appealling to get through to the beast underneath all of that.

I’ve found most woman, and some men love the suit, it really does have an effect for some people and I can understand why. It does hold that impression of professionalism and confidence. I wear a suit everyday to work and I’m very picky about my appearance and how I look, must be the Mod in me still. |

Not full suit, but even with Covid and working from home, always tried to work with a shirt and smart trousers. Even on a casual Friday, still think I should be in a long sleeve shirt and jeans.
I spend what used to be time in face to face formal meetings now on Teams meetings. I don't think the standards should drop just because I now work from home. |

"It suggests care taken, confidence, intelligence and power.
A well-cut suit accentuates broad shoulders, narrow hips and toned thighs.
It's fun to take off. "
Similar goes for women in professional business dress too. If a woman is well dressed in confident and powerful attire, that's a hell of a turn on because it's going to be exciting. If she's dressed well for her figure, it can turn an average body to a banging hot attractive body. It'll ooze knowing what they want.
If it's old pair of sloggy trackie bottoms and a bad fitting t-shirt, it doesn't give the same impression of "I know how to fuck." Gives the impression of "this is my comfort zone, I'm not making an effort, expect the same lack of effort between the sheets" |

I love getting suited and booted for an occasion, though with this whole working from home lark and no events to attend sadly haven’t been able to now in well over a year.
Thought I’d follow suit with some of the gents in this thread and upload a suit picture as well |

When I first started on Fab, I was a bit clueless. Rubbish username and photos. No attention whatsoever, never mind meets.
When buying a new suit, I had the salesman take a photo. Comparing that photo to my Fab ones was a lightbulb moment. Profile name got changed rapidly & suit pics got added. It was only then my Fab life really began.
I love to dress up for a meet, take some care and attention to my presentation. I think it adds a sense of occasion to a meet. Unless it’s a quickly behind the bins at work, that’s when elasticated waist trackies come into their own
(Disclaimer: I don’t own any Trackies, I only exercise in Harris T) |

I love a well fitting suit on a man...white shirt, tie, throw in a waistcoat and carefully picked shoes and im putty in hands.
Not sure what it is... I guess a ' I mean business ' kind of look that would mean , let's get down to business.
I appreciate a man who dresses well anyway and am partial to a uniform. |

I'm not one of them to be honest ... it wasn't that long ago that all men wore them all of the time! To me most suits just shout workwear
Prefer the choice nowadays ... |

"I remain astonished that people have such strong reactions to suits.
I remain frustrated that I can't take advantage of said reaction. Ugh.
"

That's okay! I'd forgotten about it too until you mentioned it. Is it 2Tall, or someone else? |

Ah, that’s a shame. I’ve bought quite a bit of stuff from 2Tall, and it’s rather hit and miss. Their suits very much came in the “miss” category, unfortunately.
I look forward to finding out what these others are, though.

I must say, I've always been a jeans & (posh) t shirt gal, but having seen your pics I'm starting to see the appeal |

"To me it just shows lack of individuality. *shrugs*
I guess I'm not one of *those* women.
They can always be stripped off..."
What a waste of time and energy. Anything can be stripped off... so look like a normal person ffs!! |

I work in a professional, highly skilled job, but we are allowed to wear what we like, so most are dressed comfortably in jeans and tshirts.
In fact, the only time I've worn a suit in the last 2 years was when I wore it for some of my Fab photos |
