Take any pain relief you've got and just try to sleep through it. If you've got a blindfold or thick dark facemask put that over your eyes. A bath with lavender oil can be soothing. |

I got them so often and bad I'm now kn beta blockers for them. If I ever get them now and they are the really bad type it's past the point of being able to take anything but the only thing I find helps dull the thumping is a couple of ice packs round my head and or tying something fairly tight round my head. After searching go on ogle it's actually a thing and you csn buy compression headbands for migraines. |
