They have been around for a few years now, along with expanding girth ones and rotating head ones. I had a rotating head vibrator and (sad to say) it was a bit fragile and broke after 5 months, probably because all the extra moving parts make it less robust than just a solid vibrator.....well, that's my excuse anyway |

Both have the same problem if you grip at the wrong time you will bust them.
If you want a thrusting type better off with a machine type.
however theres another type
It thrusts into you then expands inside of you then it pushes it even deeper into you.
You can actually feel it pulling and pushing inside of you as it mini fucks you. |
