Well there's plenty of rich people who dress like chavs but their outfits usually cost more than most earn in a year.
However OP you did say single mum chavs, which implies that you are talking about ladies from a certain social class.

But if that particular look float's your boat that's your preference.
But just because a lady is a single mum it most certainly doesn't make her a chav. |
