Hotel stars are typically based on facilities and services, so add a poky little shop etc and you can get more.
Would meet stars be based on subjective opinion or objective criteria? Certainly very late-comers, poor communicators deserve a star fewer. If partners' needs came first, that would be a good customer service equivalent. Did they deliver on the promised goods?
There should potentially be greater difficulty in getting full stars, than the basics. Arrived, used holes and departed, isn't a 7 star worthy reputation builder. |

There could also be the equivalent of secret hotel inspectors, a la Alex Polizzi. After a reasonable number of reviews, preventing users guessing who the secret Shag Inspector is, they would get the official rating awarded.
I'm ready to start my new role, Secret Shag Inspector ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |
