Body builder or rugby player types. Look amounts or muscle and perhaps some fat for padding too. Height doesn't really come into it xx

A 5"8 body builder is a well built guy in our book, the height really isn't the issue.

Yes I always thought well built meant stocky, wide shoulders and some muscle

At first, I always thought that it would best describe someone who is atleast 6' tall

I guess it’s how you interpret it but I see it as the opposite of slender/slim but not fat but not a body builder.

Well built can be any height more to do with muscle mass imo, so yeah 5ft 8 can be well built
