Caught out lying

The other day we got a nice message from a single older guy asking if we'd be interested in him. His profile stated he is bisexual though, so we wrote back thanking him for his messaage and explaining that we only meet straight guys (as stated clearly in our profile). A short time later we received a reply from him claiming to be straight. I thought maybe we'd made a mistake initially and on checking his profile again sure enough it said straight.
Anyway we decided not to proceed any further and left it at that until, quite by chance, this morning when I was deleting some of our messages I accidentally clicked on his profile only to see that once again he is describing himself as bisexual.
It's such a shame that some people feel the need to deceive others in this manner but I'm sure it happens a lot.
Have you caught anyone out telling blatant porkies?

Sounds like the guy we had, his profile bi sexual and when we said sorry we only play with straight he said I am!
I'm sure they will say anything just to try and get a play!

Why do people do this. They will get caught out in the end anyway. People should just respect others preferences. When I'm reading a profile and it says no bi men, I stop reading and move on. Why on earth would I try contact a couple that says no bi men? |

They lie as some things would lessen their chances of meets or being bi for men and being attached /married.

Happens to us single guys too you know.
Has 2 very interested ladies from 2 different parts of the country who both conveniently live in teesside under lockdown, both bi, both up for "anything" and both wanted me to tell them what I'd love to do to them (2 completely different ladies don't forget... EXACTLY the same style messages worded near inch perfectly identical) be graphic, talk totally filth, nothing will shock me, I want to meet you... Etc... Etc... Etc....until both completely different women just happened to send the same face pic attached to different messages If that doesn't scream fake profile with lies strung together then I don't know what does....  |

Yes of course it does go both ways.
Did you actually speak to the 2 ladies or was it just text messages? If it was the latter, you could even have been dealing with a guy pretending to be a female.

Our experience has shown that 99% of the "Single" men are not single at all. The chat in the chatrooms also suggests that many of them are not straight.
Our advice, use caution most people here are not what they say they are and are dead easy to catch out if you use a cautious approach.
Take your time and you will get there in the end, there are some decent ones here

Helps to have a look at profiles but as one gentleman said you don’t know do you spoke to a few lady’s on hear made a few lady friends and from pics and profiles they seem lovely lady’s I’m fifty six so not getting any younger plus in south east sometimes a lady friend just to chat to in non sexual way as a friend has helped me with issues from personal perspective that is  |

So many people who have been on for over a year but not varied. Now thats ok but they then have pictures of them at partys in group situations. So no one in that group would varie them. Yer righto. Busted i say. |

I prefer people that are bi, and that is stated clearly on my profile, but I still get messages from guys with straight on their profile, and when I politely say no, they try the "I am bi!" I tell them no again, some accept it, some try to argue the point, and some get abusive. |

Just text through here. I pretty much much had it figured when the 2nd message appeared a couple of days later with the exact same introduction but the geographical information changed. I reckon it was a guy fantasising by pretending to be female. It happens quite a lot, mainly with guys who are part of a couple but whose other half doesn't know what they're up to.
The deception is for various reasons but, although not foolproof, the best way to establish whether it's a real female is to ask to see them on camera or chat by phone. Fakes tend to run a mile at that point and you save a whole lot of wasted effort.

Poor guys . They have little chance to find some fun here and then because of these bisex and straight criteria ,they miss out on some fun.
Bi guys can play straight , no idea what's the whole fuss about.
There are straight guys who are bi but because of these judgemental attitude of some ,they keep their profile straight.
Sometimes people should think if there preference is reasonable or not.

We all have preferences and for various reasons towhich we are entitled. I am sure you have a few which rule out anyone who doesn't match them. Choosing who we feel comfortable having sex with is perfectly normal.
