Had some guy from london using mine before, thought out of all profiles he could pick from on here was weird choose mine but after reporting it sure he deleted his page.

You own the copyright to your images so no cost involved - that only applies if you took thought

As above. The person taking the photograph owns the copyright. You can request any website to remove them under a DMCA request. The vast majority will do it .
