When I told my wife about us joining this site she thought swinging was cheating, when she tried it with me first she told me she felt it was cheating, I do not think so. To me it sounds like the thought was in her head that she wanted another man but not in reality.
She doesn't sound too happy to be doing it if that's how she feels about it and you as her husband should be listening to her and not trying to arrange anymore meets until she instigates it   |

That's not a surprise at all. I would assume that's a normal conversation for all new couples to swinging? It was certainly something I was worried about at the start and even now as things evolve I'm very aware that it only takes one wrong move for it to feel that way. It sounds like she's not comfortable with it and all you can do is make sure she knows you don't feel that way and just try and understand how she feels |

I can relate to this. I didn't feel uncomfortable getting jiggy with other women, yet it didn't feel right for me with other men, defo felt cheaty even though it was what my ex wanted.

It's heavily programmed into us that having multiple partners is wrong / cheating / etc. Therefore, even when ready to finally try it and do the deed in practice, it's not surprising that there's still some emotional / psychological block or feeling to it.
It's a lot of socially and culturally ingrained baggage to try to undo / re-wire in your mind. |
