So come on then. What do people look at first. Straight to the pics or do you read the text?

If I like the photo then I look at the profile and yes, I do read the whole profile.

As egocentric as it sounds, there has to be a physical attraction to grab my attention but, if the profile doesn't do it for me then, regardless of looks, I will skip on by.

If the pics are tasteful and sexy, we will always read the profile. If the text grabs our attention we sometimes say hello or send a wink to break the ice.

However, going by the the majority of messages that we receive from single guys, it would seem that they rarely take the time to read our profile before getting in touch.

Usually pictures first, if we like what we see then move on to the profile and interests
