Video blurring

Can anyone recommend an app or a way of blurring faces in a video please?

kinemaster is the one i use

just be sure to blur their watermark out too, or fab wont let you upload it.

Partial blur video.

That's a good app. I've downloaded and used a few app to see which one would be the easiest ^^^^ tha above I found is really good

for every program that blurs/pixelate theres one to undo it

Is there though? I’ve hears this but never seen any actual proof. I’m not saying your wrong but is this an old wives tail?

I’d imagine I’d so best bet is to put it through one app and then another to scramble the originals data.
