200mg seems a lot. Sildenafil generally comes in 25, 50 and 100mg, with dosage instructions being to take half or one tablet. Never taken it personally, though.

Take it right after eating and the indigestion isn’t an issue I’ve found, I take it occasionally but only 25mg |

Had 100mg on prescription for years, always use a pill cutter to divide the tabs into 4 and one quarter is enough.
Never disappoints me and more importantly the ladies.
Recommended for longer sessions! |

I sometimes take half a 50mg sildenafil before a meet or a club night if I’m feeling nervous.
I find it allows me to relax and enjoy the meet more. My cock isn’t any harder, I don’t last any longer, but I can relax and not be nervous knowing that an erection is definitely happening.
I find after you cum you still get soft. Likewise if you stop playing and do something else ( break, food, whatever) then my cock softens as normal.

Agree absolutely with Oxfordshire couple, with the best will in the world your nerves can get the best of you in a meet and end up making you feel like shit.
Talking to ladies it’s a very common occurrence in swing for guys to disappoint.
On the other hand if this drug helps you perform well, then it’s the best remedy for your self esteem.

Basically this. When we do a club or similar you only need to cut a 100mg into 4 and take a quarter. It works just fine and any side effects are negligible. |

I have used both versions and only half and then a whole and I feel it work wonders for my confidence makes me a randy dog I can never get enough but then sometimes I can't always cum after so I say it's worth it for the sex |
