Looking to arrange a small GB for myself once its safe to do so 
Was considering Hotel meet but found a few studio apartments/one bedroom flats on airbnb
Prices only about £20 more a night than what we'd pay for hotel
Plus there wouldn't be the awkwardness of getting guys up into the Hotel room etc
Anyone used Airbnb for meets?

As an AirBnB host myself I'd not be happy about anyone holding a gangbang in my self catering unit. It's the hosts that clean up and do the laundry. It's not like an industrial laundry process.
Most AirBnB premises are in hosts own homes or close by. |

Everyone will be wearing protection and I'd give the place a once over before we leave
No traces of any GB taking place there

Think you'll find the T's & C's of most Air B'n'B and/or self-catering places specify no parties and only those named on the booking can stay - so all it would take would be the owner to make a spot check, or a neighbour to contact them due to noise or multiple people turning up and you may well find yourselves being asked to leave.
The same applies to hotels of course, but with the number of people coming and going in larger ones it doesn't stand out so much if you keep the noise down. |

AirBnb is the way... Hotels still good, but i much prefer Airbnb...
Soo much more to them, more places to have fun 
Plus its not constant takeaways if your there multiple nights.. Nice to cook a lil something if your down for that |

Just make sure for any cameras , I know hosts have to mark on the site if they have cameras and location of them in home prior to booking.
In USA it’s a big thing as they are trying to clamp down on sex workers / parties / drug dealing being used in people’s homes.
You can get life banned from air n bnb for breaching rules of renting for using it for things for like this as they will just class swingers as sex workers if hosting gangbangs / filming sex . (6 of my usa friends have been banned for this reason lol )
Some of my friends rent their villas / apartments in USA but have multiple cameras in certain rooms to ensure compliance of rules is adhered .
Sex workers are prob the biggest issue for it though or youngsters just wanting to flash party .
I would just book a serviced apartment in a high footfall building personally .

I have used , they are discret and you will not have every 15minutes someone knocking the room door because someone complaining about the noise and if shared can become much more affordable and enjoyable like full weekend , Friday evening till monday morning just for 120 |
