Yup. Don’t know if it’s my age or my fibromyalgia or both, but that definitely happens. I’ll be hobbling around like an old woman the next day. I don’t bother doing anything about it, I guess ibuprofen or something might help, I just try to see it as a nice reminder. |

"omg anyone else gets this issue? having such a good fuck, your body aches badly all over the next day? anything to help it get better? "
Sounds like a good workout.
A nice hot bath should relieve some of the pain. |

"I would love such a good session that is worthy of muscle ache, I sometimes ache after a good nights sleep post cocoa and slippers in front of the fire "
is it old age or just not using particular muscles only used in sex? |

I've heard of people taking ibuprofen/paracetamol as a preventative measure for any pussy/muscle aches they might expect to experience...
Mind you I haven't advised it to any patients in a consultation yet ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

"It could be the equivalent of Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness DOMS that exercisers/bodybuilders get. That has very limited evidence of much helping, though stretching may be a relief. "
I would be worried if having sex resulted in the microscopic muscle damage that occurs when lifting weights...
Unless it is a particular intense/long cowgirl the lady's doing |

Classic DOMS(delayed onset muscle soreness) just comes from using the muscle more than you would normally.. the same you would get after a gym session... always see this as a sign it’s been a great “session” in both senses , just sleep and the right food helps... as well as doing the activity more as your body gets used to it and the muscles aren’t damaged by the activity as much because they’ve increased in size to deal with what you’re using them for haha |

It genuinely is this, Dom’s occurs from using muscles more than you would usually(mostly) obviously it differs dependant on person/diet and more but Doms is the inflammation reaction from micro tears after high intensity in an exercise which is completely applicable to sex because it can be high intensity and recruit muscles you don’t use regularly (even as someone who hits the gym it has sometimes effected me) |

Jasmine I get this sometimes after a good long session. I think it is just like doms from working muscles you don’t use in that way all the time...
When I was meeting pre covid I found doing yoga helped prevent it and of course do it more to get your body used to it... ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

OP try massaging ibuprofen gel into sore muscles/tendons!
Like with any muscles/tendons/ligaments, any stress will cause fatigue/soreness but the more you use those muscles the shorter their recovery time will be. |
